Marcel Broodthaers - L'Artiste et l'Amateur - Ronny Van de Velde 1992
This facsimile of the notebook by Marcel Broodthaers, (originally dated 1965), contains as many echoes of his poetic genius as of the themes of his artistic activity. The texts L'Ane, L'Araignée and Le Loup refer to his bestiary inspired by the Fables of La Fontaine, while the main text addresses one of his major themes: the Artist and the Amateur.
The edition consists of two books in a print run of 1.000 copies: the facsimile and the transcription; erased passages have been omitted.
