Original 1975 Brazilian pressing double album of the legendary collaboration between Gilberto Gil and Jorge Ben. Recorded as an extended dialogue between the two guitarists, the album combines samba, MPB, funk and psychedelic Brazilian rhythms, with both musicians improvising and interacting throughout. Featuring “Meu Glorioso São Cristóvão”, “Jurubeba”, “Taj Mahal”, “Filhos de Gandhi” and “Sarro”. A remarkable document of two of Brazil’s most influential musicians working together at the height of the 1970s.
