Eva Jiricna Designs - Mega VI - Architectural Association 1987
Eva Jiricna qualified as an engineer/architect at the University of Prague in 1962 and received a postgraduate degree from the Prague Academy of Fine Arts in 1963. She came to the UK in 1968 and worked for a year with the GLC schools' division before becoming an associate with Louis de Soissons Partnership, working on the planning design and construction programmes for Brighton marina. She set up her own practice in 1980 with David Hodges and formed Jiricna Kerr Associates in 1985.
Produced to accompany an exhibition on her work at the Architectural Association, London, 1987, it contains projects she has done for various brands such as Kenzo and Joseph, and also cafés and bars between Paris, New York and Tokyo.
