Anne Fellner in conversation with Samuel Haitz

Artists Anne Fellner and Samuel Haitz will discuss Fellner’s recent show Turtle Pond (2025) at Damien & The Love Guru, as well as her artistic practice in a broader sense. In the bookshop, a CRT television will play Fellner’s video work Questions (2025).

At moments, cues from the video’s script will merge into their conversation—such as: Why’d you do it?

Anne Fellner (b. 1986, New York City) lives between Berlin and Zurich. Her work explores the narrative role of figuration in painting, where artist, viewer, and figure each compete for the role of protagonist.

Samuel Haitz (b. 1997, Switzerland) is currently a resident at WIELS. His work deals with the legacies and concepts of artistic practice, as well as desire and its projections.
