Destroy All Monsters Magazine - Primary Information 2011

Facsimile edition of all six issues of the legendary Destroy All Monsters Magazine, originally produced between 1976 and 1979 by the Ann Arbor collective formed by Mike Kelley, Cary Loren, Niagara and Jim Shaw. Including material from the “lost” seventh issue, the publication reproduces the group’s densely layered combination of photographs, drawings, flyers, B-movie imagery, cartoons, psychedelia and punk-inflected collage. An essential document of the intersection between noise music, underground publishing and the visual arts in the 1970s.
