Artist Patrick Van Caeckenbergh attempts to rearrange and redraw the world in a highly personal yet universal manner. His imaginative collages and sculptures of figures are created by restructuring everyday objects. With few means, he creates a captivating world of artworks that stimulate our imagination and remind us of fables and fairy tales. Van Caekenbergh has exhibited at the Bonnefantenmuseum in Maastricht, among others, and participated in numerous group exhibitions (including Tate Gallery in London, Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris and the Venice Biennale).
