Trans> 8 - Chewing-gum cover / Olafur Eliasson, Paul McCarthy, Ming Wei... - 2000

Since 1995, TRANS> has published critical and creative writing, commissioned artist's projects and produced limited editions. Although it has concentrated on contemporary visual arts, the magazine decided to also address film, theater, dance, literature music and other subjects. TRANS>8 has presented projects by Cabelo, Janet Cardiff, Minerva Cuevas, Ming Wei, Olafur Eliasson and Paul McCarthy. The Project Room section was dedicated to the work of the Brazilian artist Franklin Cassaro, in conjunction with an exhibition held at Paço Imperial, Rio de Janeiro. With this issue #8, published in 2000, the journal has become biannual.
