Félix González-Torres & Christopher Wool - The show is over - Printed Matter 1993

This printed sheet of paper was taken from a past manifestation of an artwork by Félix González-Torres that was made in conjunction with Christopher Wool. The artwork was originally exhibited as part of the artists 1993 collaboration for Printed Matter in Dia, New York. González-Torres specified that the ideal height of the artwork was eight inches and that visitors are always allowed to take individual printed sheets from the stack. The text on the printed sheet is taken from Russian writer and philosopher Vasili Rozanov’s definition of Nihilism.

142 x 90 cm - 55 1/2 x 37 inches
This is the original offset lithograph (not the later smaller reissue).
The poster has been pinned up, so there are small holes in the 4 corners, as well as a few small defects due to age; a small hole in the center. Nothing to worry about. It remains a very beautiful poster and the price is therefore appropriate. Please check the images.
