Rare catalogue of exhibition comprising the figurative oil over paper paintings created by artists Sarah Grilo (b. Buenos Aires 1920-d. Madrid 2006) and José Antonio Fernández Muro (b. Spain 1920, lived in Argentina and Spain) while they lived in Madrid during the decades of the 1970's and 1980's. The married artists were two concrete art painters who enjoyed notorious prestige in Latin America and Spain early in their careers and presently in Argentina. The edition presents in full-page color reproductions a selection of Grilo's production in a first section and of Fernandez-Muro's oeuvre in a second section. The edition includes some published critical texts on both artists along with detailed biographic chronologies. The catalogue is dedicated to the memory of Sarah Grilo, who died the year before.
