A 3rd land for the land (sealed) - Nico Dockx 2013
This mysterious sealed document (probably a map) was related to A 3RD LAND FOR THE LAND (bridging architecture) by Nico Dockx in close dialogue with Kris Kimpe, Settawut Pinyorid (Aud), Helena Sidiropoulos and Rikrit Tiravanija, 2004-2017, the land foundation, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Nico Dockx expresses his fascination for structural processes like archiving, inventories, memory, data-management and information transfer via different media and methods. He often works in collaboration with artists from other disciplines to carry out his challenging projects. He himself is not only a visual artist, but makes a living as a graphic designer, curator and publisher of his own independent label ‘CURIOUS’.
