Every human being reacts differently, and I don't think there are two identical visions of the same image,’ explains Marloes Krijnen, director and founder of the Foam Fotografie Museum in Amsterdam, who has reflected on the scope and specific nature of the Neuflize Vie collection in this book. It is a collection that includes a considerable number of works, over 800 to date, both historical and contemporary, by internationally renowned artists and young talents, all following a common theme: the human being in all its aspects.
Foreword by Marloes Krijnen, texts by Patrick Bouvet, Georges Aperghis, François Azambourg, Alberto Manguel, Eva Eisler, Serge Toubiana, Cédric Villani, Liesbeth van der Pol, Véronique Ovaldé.
At the end of the book are biographies of each artist and notes on the works.

Photographers: Marina Abramovic, Dieter Appelt, Rhona Bitner, Louise Bourgeois, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Mohamed Bourouissa, Sophie Calle, Philip-Lorca diCorcia, Jan Dibbets, Désirée Dolron, Rineke Dijkstra, Mitch Epstein, Jean Gaumy, Paul Graham, Harry Gruyaert, Jean-Baptiste Huynh, Robert Mapplethorpe, Annette Messager, Vik Muniz, Jean-Luc Moulène, Erwin Olaf, Martin Parr, Bernard Plossu, Philippe Ramette, Marc Riboud, Viviane Sassen...
