Rabih Mroué - Images(s), mon amour: fabrications - CA2M 2013
In this publication, Rabih Mroué invites us to learn first-hand about his work through a series of his own texts that lead us through his artistic trajectory, starting from his biographical context, his theatrical experience and non-academic writings, among others. Coming from a very heterogeneous practice, Rabih Mroué approaches his work from his encounter with the scenic and performative world, from which he studies how historical narratives are constructed, how they influence from the most subjective and personal to the collective narratives. The media, the omnipresent role of images and the way in which they are distributed, are an important part of this construction.
