Jean Julien - Punctuations - Nieves 2024

Jean Julien Punctuations combines a series of paintings synthesising big wave surfing, turning the human element into a visual punctuation on the immense aquatic backdrop. Created for Studiolo, the artist’s first European institutional solo show, at the Millennium Iconoclast Museum of Art (MIMA) Brussels in 2023.
