Beautifully designed with color and varnish overlays, this catalogue experienced the symbiosis between Dries's colors and patterns and the world of Len Lye, photographed by the inimitable Viviane Sassen. The prints of the collection are based on a frame extracted from Len Lye’s experimental films of the 30’s.
Len Lye (1901-1980) was a New Zealand film director, sculptor, author and poet. He spent his career pursuing an ‘art of movement’: because wanted to affect people physically and emotionally, his art became a full body experience.
