La Ribot - Merz & Centre national de la danse 2004

In the first volume, the new form of a project begun with Pièces distinguées, this work brings together the visual material that accompanied La Ribot throughout her creative cycle: facsimiles of her workbooks, sketches and notes, as well as drawings, photographs, texts, programmes and postcards, all of which were her references and sources of inspiration.
In a second volume, Laurent Goumarre, Adrian Heathfield, André Lepecki, José A. Sánchez and Gerald Siegmund have been invited to revive the distinguished pieces and give them a new reading. Photographs, most of them previously unpublished, of each distinguished piece document the artist's work.
