"In 2001, the complete text of The New Five Foot Shelf was published in one single volume in order to make it affordable for most people. But as the book included a great deal of authors, quotes and bibliographical references which did not belong to public property yet, it became obvious that it would be impossible to commercialise this book without paying rights of mentioned authors. So this book was published NOT FOR SALE, getting around the law, making the book « out-law » and establishing new rules". -Michèle Didier
